> How will I know if my item is 'in-stock' or 'custom made-to-order'? Please read the listing for the item before purchasing, >> if it is 'in-stock' it will be available for immediate purchase. ONLY 'in-stock' items will look like their pictures. >> all custom made-to-order listings will say ' SOLD OUT -custom made-to-order ONLY ' at the TOP of the listing, any order placed on a 'SOLD OUT' item is considered a 'custom made-to-order' ,'Custom made-to-order' pieces are subject to artistic interpretation of the original piece, these are artisanal hand-made goods afterall!!

 

Shipping Note: While we take the utmost pride in getting your shipment out speedily, please allow up to 24-48 business hours for processing. Package shipping/arrival estimations are considered after processing.

> When will my order ship?
Shipping is open Monday to Friday Pacific Time 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. Orders placed after 10 a.m. are processed the next business day. Please allow up to 24-48 business hours to fully process your order. Orders are not processed on the weekend.

+INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.  Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package.   It is at the sole discretion of customs agents to release your package.  Note, in rare occasions customs agents may delay delivery of some packages.

> What countries do you ship to?
We ship to: Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong SAR China, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Saudia Arabia, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Tawain, United Kingdom, and the United States. We can only ship to countries approved by UPS. Please email us at love@RossmoreLA.com if you have any issues placing an international order.
How long does international shipping take?
All international orders take 5-7 days transportation. Once reaching your country, it may take additional days for the package to be passed through customs. This additional time varies with each country.
How much does international shipping cost?
We have a flat rate shipping cost for all international orders, which is $45 via UPS Worldwide Expedited. Canadian customers have the option of emailing in advance for alternative shipping options.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Rossmore. is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information and/or use the UPS TradeAbility tool.

By law, Rossmore. must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.

Swaps and store credit are available on NEW clothing & shoes.

All swaps and store credit must meet the following requirements in order to be AUTHORIZED.

- EMAIL REQUEST within 3 business days of receiving your order.

- AUTHORIZED and item mailed back within 7 business days.
- Must be unused, undamaged, and with all tags and accessories.
- The item is not on sale, discounted or part of a special order.
- The item does not fall under the swimwear or accessories category (jewelry, belts, hats, scarves, handbags and beauty products)

If any AUTHORIZED swaps do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you immediately. Please contact customer service if you have any questions: love@RossmoreLA.com

> How should I send my AUTHORIZED swap back?

- Repackage your swap securely in the same box or in a box comparable to the one you received your item in.
- You MUST enclose a copy of your SWAP AUTHORIZATION that will be emailed to you.
- You are responsible for any shipping charges, which occur from a return. Keep your tracking number to ensure the package is returned to us. We are not responsible for packages that we do not ship ourselves.

When will my swap be processed?
Once we received your swap, your credit or swap will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original form of payment. You will be notified via email to the e-mail provided on your order when the swap has been sent or credited.

> What is a swap/exchange?

It is an exchange. Meaning, Rossmore. may kindly offer to trade you for a good of similar value, rather than require you to keep the item to gift to a friend ;-).
